How to Lubricate Your Burn Machine

The Burn Machine is a relatively low maintenance exercise equipment. About the only thin you need to do is to lubricate the contact points every couple of months or as and when required.

We recommend you use a general purpose silicone lubricant as opposed to other oil based lubricants. Silicone lubricant can be found at most hardware stores.
